Job SummaryThe Front Desk Supervisor provides leadership and guidance to the Front Office team, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with staff and guests to provide clear direction and resolve issues.
- Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide warm and sincere welcomes to guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Promptly complete registration processes, inputting and retrieving information from our computer system.
- Make informed decisions about room assignments and promotions, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash, make change, and balance the house bank with accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and complications, using good judgment and previous experience.
- High school diploma required; some college preferred.
- No prior experience necessary, but two years of combined front desk and supervisory experience is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic mathematical skills required.
- Ability to access and accurately input information using our computer system.
- Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform behind the front desk.
