Subscription Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Subscription Financial Strategy professional to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our staff augmentation firm, you will play a critical role in launching and growing the next generation of subscription services that bring our vision of a helpful home to life for our users.
Responsibilities:- Market Opportunity Identification: Identify and analyze market opportunities to build business cases and define strategies for service products.
- Subscriber Acquisition Optimization: Optimize the complex subscriber acquisition funnel to drive high RoI growth opportunities.
- Partner Management: Work closely with Business Development and partner management teams to support ongoing negotiations with key partners through building detailed business models.
- Time-Sensitive Projects: Deliver quickly on multiple time-sensitive asks that support our leadership conversations with the partner and maximize value from top partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Finance, and other teams to execute on partner growth campaigns at scale and with high velocity.
- Analytics-Driven Decision Making: Partner with analytics team to drive rigorous experimentation and success metrics on all partner growth campaigns and manage key decisions from a total P&L viewpoint.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence, continual business improvements, and scale.
- Business Operations or Strategy Consulting Experience: Lead and handle multiple time-sensitive projects with business operations or strategy consulting experience.
- Subscription Service Management: Prior experience in subscription service management and partner management.
- International Experience: Experience launching services internationally and developing, executing growth campaigns to accelerate subscriber acquisition across a complex funnel.
- Growth Channels: Experience working with various growth channels like CRM, in-app, Paid Media, etc.
- Partner Relationship Management: Experience with ongoing partner relationship management.
- Communication Skills: Superb communication skills, with the ability to comfortably interact with executive management.
- Subscription Service Management: Proven experience in subscription service management.
- Launching Services Internationally: Experience launching services internationally.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with experience working with analytics tools.
- Finance Modelling: Experience with finance modelling and financial analysis.
- Operations Strategy: Strong understanding of operations strategy and process improvement.
