Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join our dynamic organization and play a crucial role in establishing a brand new function to drive efficient procurement of solutions and services essential to our future growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a new procurement function from the ground up, developing policies and processes to support strategic and financial goals.
  • Manage the procurement process, including soliciting bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions and services.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage purchasing power and negotiate favorable vendor contracts, payment terms, and pricing.
  • Optimize our network of preferred suppliers to ensure consistent access to services at the most competitive prices.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across the company to develop procurement strategies that support business objectives.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and establish cost-saving targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to procurement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain management, engineering, finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8+ years' experience in procurement-related roles at high-tech companies.
  • Track record of successful contract negotiations.
  • Must be a self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision.
  • Experience in procurement of technology and software subscriptions (SaaS) is preferable.
  • Thorough working knowledge of purchasing policies, processes, and procedures.
