Transplant RN Clinical Operations Manager

At Ascension Saint Agnes Health Center in Columbia, MD, we are seeking a skilled Transplant RN Clinical Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating the transplant process from evaluation through post-transplant care, ensuring seamless communication between departments and teams.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per yearWe offer a competitive salary range based on experience, education, and qualifications. About the JobThe successful candidate will serve as a patient navigator throughout the continuum of care, providing support and guidance to patients and their families. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a liaison between management staff, administration, physicians, managed care companies, community organizations, and other customers
- Coordinating efforts for treatment and promoting quality improvement and educational efforts
- Compiling data, tracking outcomes, and making recommendations for process improvement
- Providing referrals and support for follow-up care for patients who are uninsured or underinsured
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outpatient clinical settings is highly desirable, but not mandatory. Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
