">About the Job
">The Clinical Coordinator for Transplant Nursing Programs will play a critical role in overseeing the development and implementation of transplant nursing programs at our facility. This individual will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their transplant journey.
">Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement transplant nursing programs, including care plans and therapy protocols">
- Supervise and direct nursing staff to ensure quality patient care">
- Coordinate documentation and reporting requirements for transplant patients">
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans">
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to transplant patient care">
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance transplant patient outcomes">
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in transplant nursing">
Requirements
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred">
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Texas Board of Nursing required">
- 2+ years of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in transplant nursing">
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred">
- Excellent communication and leadership skills">
