Transplant RN Clinical Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Transplant RN Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Dell Seton Medical Center in Austin, TX. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to oversee program development and ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical standards, policies, and procedures to promote excellence in patient care.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and document care plans and therapy programs.
- Ensure the implementation of plan of care therapy programs and obtain necessary resources and equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with other departments as required.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Texas Board of Nursing.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
- BSN degree preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years' experience in acute care settings.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,000-$110,000, based on location and qualifications.
