Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Transplant RN Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Ascension Seton Northwest. This role is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring that all nursing staff receive the necessary resources and training to provide high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement patient care plans, taking into account individual patient needs and preferences.
  • Oversee the coordination of patient care activities, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in transplant nursing.
