Clinical Coordinator for Transplant Nursing Program

Ascension Seton Northwest seeks a skilled Clinical Coordinator to oversee our transplant nursing program. This role is responsible for developing and implementing clinical standards, policies, and procedures while ensuring exceptional patient care. As a key member of our team, you will develop and document care plans and therapy programs, coordinate documentation, and supervise nursing staff as needed.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,600 - $104,800, based on location and experience. We offer competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent in the field.
Job Description
This Clinical Coordinator position plays a crucial role in shaping the future of transplant nursing at Ascension Seton Northwest. You will work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- • Developing and overseeing program recommendations, acting as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards
• Ensuring necessary resources and equipment are obtained as ordered
- • Supervising and directing nursing staff as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- • A Registered Nurse (RN) credential from the Texas Board of Nursing
• BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 1 month of hire
