Job Summary

CCG Business Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and managing contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Review and Drafting: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contractual agreements and identify risks to provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations, and maintain accurate and organized contract documentation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal, finance, and operations teams, to gather necessary information for contract negotiations and communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role, with experience managing a team and contract management for projects with budgets of $100 million or more.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of contract law and legal terminology, strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to analyze complex contracts.
