About the Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies and mail. They will also assist with scanning, filing, and updating records, as well as downloading and reviewing court notices and invoices.

Key Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred
  • At least one year of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a law firm setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other software applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and work in an office environment with moderate noise levels
Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
