Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant III to join our team at Dartmouth College. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and performing a wide range of departmental activities, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

About the Role:
As an Administrative Assistant III, you will play a key role in increasing department efficiency, expediting tasks, and ensuring seamless operations. Your strong organizational skills, proficiency in computer applications, and excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to make a significant impact on our team.

Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Two plus years of office experience in a related field with some autonomy
• In-depth knowledge of office procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient with computer applications
• Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, candidates with experience in higher education organizational structures, event planning/management, and website management will be highly regarded.

Compensation:
This is a competitive salary position, estimated to be around $50,000-$65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
