About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HR Business Partner to join our team at N-able. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the business by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Lead complex investigations and provide recommendations to management on sensitive and confidential workplace issues.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and mobility.
  • Partner with the People Team CoE to deliver HR services and support the business.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of US employment and labor laws, with a broader North American legal knowledge preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in employee relations and human resources.
  • Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees and management.
