Job Overview

KHS USA INC is a leading manufacturer of filling and packaging systems for beverages and liquid food. We are seeking a skilled Sub Assembler to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components for KHS USA machines by following engineering blueprints and written specifications.
  • Inspect and prepare parts, including removing metal to reduce sharp edges and produce close fits.
  • Drill, tap, or ream holes in metal pieces using hand tools.
  • Align components and attach with bolts, screws, or hardware.
  • Use fixtures to assemble simple assemblies.
  • Test or assist in testing the operation of completed products.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with six months of machine shop experience or a similar discipline.
  • Mechanical and technical ability to build precisely to engineering specifications within the production time frame.
  • Demonstrates safe use of hand tools and manufacturing equipment.
  • Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
