Job SummaryWe are seeking talented and competitive sales-driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. As an inside sales specialist, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making outbound calls and working with our Directors of Sales and Acquisitions, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Closing sales and achieving monthly targets
- Researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and generating interest
- Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and e-mails
- Developing and maintaining current market business plans
- Developing and assisting with market research and marketing implementation programs
- Attending Regional and National Medical conventions and trade shows
Other duties as assigned.
