Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented and competitive sales-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Specialist. This role will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Responsibilities- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Research accounts, identify decision makers, and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Develop and maintain current market business plans
- Develop and assist with market research and marketing implementation programs
- Ability to attend Regional and National Medical conventions and trade shows
- Other duties as assigned
- 2+ years of call center/inside sales experience desired
- Experience working with sales CRM desired
- High School diploma or equivalent required
