About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at our Conyers, GA store. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with our store team to support an inclusive store environment and promote our brand values.

You'll Bring to the Role
  • Prior retail experience or customer-focused experience.
  • Passion for styling and love of working with people.
  • Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately.
