About Intertek

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist management with financial forecasting and reporting tasks.
  • Support invoicing processes and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
  • Facilitate the creation of purchase orders.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Shared Services Center to address Accounts Receivables and Payables inquiries.
  • Conduct data analysis as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and review of local operational procedures.
  • Perform general office duties, including maintaining office supplies and managing correspondence.
  • Engage in additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
