We are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for overseeing the business office operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of financial processes, and providing exceptional support to our residents, families, and associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the business office team to achieve operational excellence and drive profitable growth
- Ensure accurate and timely billing, collection, and payment processes
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with the HR department to manage associate relations and benefits
- Support the Executive Director in driving business growth and compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business office management or a related field
- Proven track record of leadership and team management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
