Sales Representative

Promote a culture of safety at Agri-Service by adhering to company policies and procedures. Ensure safe working habits and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct regular equipment inspections and report any safety concerns to supervisors or customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with customers and potential customers within the assigned territory to promote AGCO equipment and Agri-Service services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales skills to effectively sell premium-priced products.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum two years of sales experience in heavy equipment or farm equipment preferred. Proficient in Microsoft systems and ability to learn CDK, OneAGCO, and other software systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit for long periods, walk, stand, climb stairs, reach, push, pull, lean, and twist. Must meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies.
