As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional administrative services to our client service leaders, teams, and functions.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative services to support leadership and client delivery functions and teams, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, coordinating travel logistics, and managing time & expense entry.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format deliverables, correspondence, presentations, reports, and other materials to support client service delivery.
- System Data Entry: Provide system data entry support to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Membership Management: Manage professional association and organization memberships to ensure compliance and up-to-date information.
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ year(s) experience required / 3+ year(s) preferred in a related field.
- Certifications: High school diploma required or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word Office Suite and meeting platforms.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional manner.
- Time Management: Ability to effectively navigate competing priorities.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and utilize new software platforms.
- Confidentiality: Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion consistently.

Baker Tilly US, LLP offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $20.75 to $40.75, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
