As a key member of our Commercial Lending Management team, you will be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end lending process for our clients, ensuring that all credit decisions are made in accordance with our firm's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the end-to-end lending process for assigned relationships and portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate credit decisions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' financial condition and creditworthiness, as well as the prevailing market conditions.
- Work closely with our Relationship Managers and Independent Risk team to ensure that all credit decisions are made in accordance with our firm's policies and procedures.
- Provide regular portfolio reviews and analysis to ensure that our clients' credit risk is properly managed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, Relationship Managers, and other internal teams.
- 10+ years of experience in credit underwriting, portfolio management, or risk management with a large multinational financial services organization.
- Deep understanding of commercial lending and credit risk management principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound credit decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
