Sales Growth Manager

Job Description
At Saxon Global, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the active acquisition of new customers, managing and expanding customer accounts to achieve sales targets, and identifying and specifying products that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet growth objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with Product Management teams to ensure alignment with business goals
Travel to assigned territory and occasional visits to Germany for internal and external meetings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in electrical and/or computer engineering administration or similar
Proven track record of new business development and customer acquisition
At least two years of relevant work experience in the Display, Touch, or Embedded market
Excellent IT skills, including MS-Office and ERP systems
Experience working in an international business environment
