Job Overview

Lumenis is a global leader in the field of minimally invasive clinical solutions for the Ophthalmology and Aesthetic markets. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth within the existing customer base, prospect new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth, with a strong understanding of the Ophthalmology and Aesthetic markets. They will be responsible for developing and executing territory strategies to win account opportunities, managing a pipeline of new business opportunities, and working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to plan and execute sales strategies.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and expanding sales within the existing customer base
  • Prospecting and building a pipeline for new business opportunities
  • Developing strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Developing quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans to maximize customer relationships and improve face-to-face selling time in assigned territory
  • Forecasting and submitting sales reports
  • Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to plan and execute territory strategies to win account opportunities

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of experience in outside business-to-business sales or outside capital device sales, and a valid driver's license. They will also have a strong understanding of Salesforce and be able to manage quota and close complex sales.
