A challenging opportunity has arisen for a National Account Manager to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve existing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead strategic long-term plans for assigned key and development accounts
  • Lead early and continuous customer engagement efforts and manage customer experience throughout the sales cycle
  • Identify and pursue capex projects to drive sales growth
  • Provide quarterly summary reports for assigned accounts and monthly sales forecasts as required

Requirements:

  • Completion of a technical degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in drives sales or related industry experience
  • Knowledge of process industry applications, products, and competition
  • Comprehensive knowledge of medium voltage variable frequency drives, motors, and project sales
  • Highly skilled at developing and growing relationships from plant level to senior management
