Sales Growth Specialist

About the Role:
The Sales Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth in an assigned sales territory. This involves prospecting, conducting effective sales presentations, closing, and servicing clients to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals. The ideal candidate will maintain the highest customer satisfaction with Mainline while fostering strong relationships with customers and Technology Solution Partner personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire high-quality clients
- Sell Mainline Technology Solution Partner server, software, and storage solutions in designated territory
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customer personnel and Technology Solution Partner personnel
- Develop and execute strategies for effective competition within the clientele base and industry verticals
- Engage Mainline Services personnel to achieve Sales and Services objectives
- Foster a positive team environment throughout the company
- Solicit and acquire signed agreements and appropriate paperwork from clients
- Ensure all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of successful outside/direct sales experience
- Sales and account management experience in the particular geography/territory is preferred
- Established customer relationships are preferred
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Appropriate Technology Solution Partner Certifications are desired
