- Practice safe work habits to prevent injuries.
- Understand hotel policies and emergency procedures.
- Utilize Production Charts as per established standards.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment.
- Adhere to the 'Clean As You Go' policy.
- Assist in the storage and rotation of food items according to hotel procedures.
