Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Gerald Auto Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in the sales, productivity, and profitability of our dealership's service center. You will work closely with our experienced technicians and customers to provide a positive and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
  • Meet or exceed sales and productivity targets to contribute to the success of the service center
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in vehicle technology
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
