We are seeking an experienced FOH Coordinator to join our team at Butcher & Bee Nashville. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, supporting our servers, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate smooth service delivery, including seating guests, answering questions, and assisting with take-out orders.
  • Support our server team by providing guidance, answering questions, and helping with running food and clearing/resetting tables.
  • Utilize our reservation/floor mapping system to ensure efficient service and minimize wait times.
  • Lock up the restaurant at the end of the shift, including closing procedures and ensuring a clean and secure environment.
Requirements
  • Previous restaurant experience of 1 year preferred.
  • Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Organized, quick thinking, and adept at multitasking.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain focus and an upbeat demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
