Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations

  • Previous experience in restaurants with at least 3 years of experience in the high-end steakhouse niche
  • Knowledge of cost and labor systems and enjoys teaching others
  • Passion for service and can help add to the culture in the restaurant
  • Strong leadership qualities including coaching and developing others
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
