Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Runner to join our team at The Twelve Thirty Club. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for facilitating food service from the back of the house to the front of the house, ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed standards to provide a pleasant fine dining experience
  • Facilitate food service from BOH to FOH
  • Respond to guests' requests or issues by effectively communicating with captains and management
  • Ensure all necessary garnishes and food are in place for the kitchen staff
  • Coordinate with the captain and back server to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Superior communication skills and a strong sense of urgency
  • Work closely with the chef's and BOH staff
  • Assist the kitchen in daily preparation for service
  • Polish glassware and silverware in a timely manner
  • Adhere to the opening and closing checklist every day

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of recent experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work weekends or some holidays
