- Assist the Pharmacy Manager with staff hiring and training, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure employee development.
- Promote teamwork and motivate team members to achieve exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Training & Personal Development
- Maintain current knowledge and skills related to pharmacy and healthcare by reading industry publications and attending training sessions.
- Seek professional development opportunities to enhance performance and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) degree from an accredited educational institution prior to the start date.
- Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure from the respective Board of Pharmacy in the states within the district within 90 days of hire.
- Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.
- Certified Immunizer or willingness to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
- This information is being provided to promote pay transparency and equal employment opportunities at Walgreens. The current salary range for this position is $28.60 per hour - $41.15 per hour.
