Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Tax Consultant will:

  • Oversee team members on project deliverables (including financial statements, tax filings, documentation, etc.)
  • Conduct thorough technical and strategic evaluations as a member of the final review team to uphold quality assurance standards; ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
  • Manage all client interactions, including staying informed on industry trends, alternatives, and best practices
  • Support new business development initiatives in collaboration with senior management
  • Engage in client discussions, presentations, and proposal crafting while achieving individual cross-selling objectives
  • Maintain and nurture multiple client relationships, projects, and specialized assignments
  • Formulate overall project budgets
  • Oversee billing and revenue realization for assigned clients and clarify discrepancies
  • Guide, train, and mentor team members; communicate effectively and listen actively
  • Execute additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Public Accounting or a related discipline
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
  • CPA certification or progress towards it
  • Expertise in High Net Worth Tax and associated entities, including Trusts; prior supervisory experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Highly organized and efficient
