Production Line Worker Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Line Worker to join our team at ECOS in Lacey, WA. As a Production Line Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe production of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Label, fill, and package products according to production schedules while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.
  • Ensure all equipment and work areas are clean and organized to prevent contamination and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operate scanners to input production data, including correct case numbers, to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Cross-train on various roles within the production line and rotate as directed to ensure flexibility and adaptability.
  • Perform other special projects and requests as needed to support the team and meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a production environment.
  • Familiarity with filling equipment and ability to safely lift bottles, boxes, tools, equipment, and other necessary items up to 70 pounds.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions, as well as manage time effectively and multitask.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions.
