Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to optimize workflow and production efficiency.
  • Oversight of the machining process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaboration with team members to execute custom orders and address production challenges.
  • Maintenance of a safe and organized work environment, promoting best practices in machining operations.
Requirements
  • Proficient in CNC machine setup and operation, ensuring precise production of parts.
  • Journeyman-level experience with programming and editing CNC codes.
  • Expertise in using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators for quality control.
  • Strong ability to interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role, guiding and training team members.
