We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Zips Car Wash. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for increasing sales revenue, growing our member base, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Train and coach sales team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with management to set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- 1+ year sales experience in retail or similar environment
- Ability to motivate and coach sales team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and select holidays
