Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our Peak Performance Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to online inquiries and follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Support online customers by scheduling appointments and maintaining a follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Establish personal sales goals and develop strategies to meet dealership standards of productivity.
  • Coordinate sales schedules and appointments, and receive inbound sales calls.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Two years of experience in the automotive industry is required.
  • Internet sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent writing and typing skills are essential.
  • A strong drive, passion, and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to work in a performance-driven environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer literacy is a must.
