Open Systems Technologies Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Strategist to contribute to a significant IT initiative supporting government operations.

Position Overview:

  • Experience with Flight Safety Tools (NRO) product is essential.
  • Engaging with potential users and stakeholders to comprehend and foresee their requirements, translating these into actionable product specifications.
  • Establishing a clear vision for the product and ensuring consistency throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Formulating a strategic product roadmap aligned with this vision.
  • Overseeing the product backlog and adjusting priorities in response to evolving demands.
  • Managing all phases of product development, from design through to implementation.
  • Assessing and tracking product advancement at each development stage.
  • Collaborating with the product team and end-users to provide updates and progress reports.
  • Participating actively in Scrum ceremonies and product sprints.

Essential Qualifications:

  • CLEARANCE: TS/SCI with a willingness to undergo CI Polygraph after joining.
  • Bachelor's degree with 4 - 8 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 2 - 6 years of relevant experience.
