About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our team of Solutions Architects in delivering cloud-based solutions to our customers. As a key member of our AWS Solutions Architecture team, you will be responsible for architecting, migrating, and transforming customer requirements to the cloud.

With a strong background in cloud computing and a proven track record of leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and growth. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and global services teams to ensure seamless delivery of cloud-based solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Solutions Architects in delivering cloud-based solutions to customers
  • Architect, migrate, and transform customer requirements to the cloud
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and growth
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and global services teams to ensure seamless delivery of cloud-based solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT application work, including 2+ years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience
  • 2+ years of experience architecting and operating solutions built on any cloud service provider
  • 8+ years of experience in technology solutions development and evangelizing end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing
  • Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer-facing roles

  • Bachelor's degree
