About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our team of Solutions Architects in delivering cloud-based solutions to our customers. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for architecting, migrating, and transforming customer requirements to the cloud, as well as developing and coaching the skills of our Solutions Architects.

You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and global services teams to enable business outcomes across a broad set of customers. Your expertise in cloud computing, solution selling, and presentation skills will be essential in helping our customers adopt and deploy cloud-based solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers, while also growing and developing the skills of our Solutions Architects. Responsibilities
  • Architect, migrate, and transform customer requirements to the cloud
  • Develop and coach the skills of our Solutions Architects
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and global services teams to enable business outcomes
  • Develop and implement cloud-based solutions that meet customer needs
  • Grow and develop the skills of our Solutions Architects
Requirements
  • 10+ years of enterprise IT application work, including 2+ years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience
  • 2+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider
  • 8+ years of technology solutions development and evangelizing end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing
  • Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer-facing roles
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud
  • Bachelor's degree
