About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our team of Solutions Architects in delivering cloud-based solutions to our customers. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for architecting, migrating, and transforming customer requirements to the cloud, as well as developing and coaching the skills of our Solutions Architects.

You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and global services teams to enable business outcomes across a broad set of customers. Your expertise in cloud computing, solution selling, and presentation skills will be essential in helping our customers adopt and deploy cloud-based solutions.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual who can lead by example, inspire and motivate our team, and drive results. Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a team of Solutions Architects in delivering cloud-based solutions to customers
  • Architect, migrate, and transform customer requirements to the cloud
  • Develop and coach the skills of our Solutions Architects
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and global services teams to enable business outcomes
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their cloud computing needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud computing technologies and trends
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT application work, including at least 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience
  • 2+ years of experience architecting and operating solutions built on any cloud service provider
  • 8+ years of experience in technology solutions development and evangelizing end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing
  • Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer-facing roles
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud
  • Bachelor's degree
