Job Overview

Inbox Health's Engineering organization is seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts
  • Design and execute automated tests using Cypress and RSpec
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive test automation framework
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in software testing and/or development
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails, RSpec, and/or Cypress
  • Familiarity with the SDLC and general software development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
