About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned Quality Engineer to join our team at BioCT Innovation Commons. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance product design and reliability
  • Develop and implement quality engineering and reliability engineering practices and testing
  • Conduct multidisciplinary research and collaborate with equipment designers, software engineers, and/or hardware engineers
  • Determine user needs and analyze system capabilities to resolve problems
  • Prepare operating instructions and design and develop test designs and systems

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of Quality and/or Reliability experience with a Bachelors Degree
  • 13+ years of Quality and/or Reliability experience with a Masters Degree
  • Significant breadth and depth in quality decision making, risk management, quality engineering, reliability engineering, requirements generation & testing, experimental modeling & simulation
  • Risk management experience in the medical device industry
  • Pre-Market Quality experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DRM Blackbelt Certification
  • Experience with Robotic Systems
