About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Phoenix Innovations. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our software applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of our software applications.
  • Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Defect Management: Identify, report, and track defects to ensure timely resolution and minimize business impact.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in test management tools, such as TestRail or JIRA, and experience with automated testing frameworks, such as Selenium or Appium.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
