Employee Relations Associate

As a vital member of the HR team at Stark & Stark, the Human Resource Coordinator will engage in a variety of HR administrative functions under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources. The role encompasses support for recruitment processes, employee onboarding, management of personnel data, and overall operational assistance.
- Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain the employee database, generate insightful reports, and prepare necessary correspondence.
- Recruitment Support: Manage online job postings, coordinate interview schedules, and conduct thorough reference checks.
- Performance Management: Assist in the administration of performance management programs and contribute to the development of HR policies.
- Onboarding and Training: Participate in onboarding processes, facilitate training sessions, and address employee inquiries.
- Cultural Development: Contribute to fostering a robust Firm culture through volunteer initiatives and events.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, along with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- An Associate degree in human resources or a related discipline, complemented by 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience.
- Preferred certifications include SHRM Certified Professional or HRCI Professional in Human Resources.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds when necessary.
