Job Overview:

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, a leader in Pedestrian Door Solutions, is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team in the Hamilton, NJ Key Accounts Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Provide updates to clients regarding job completion statuses through various communication channels.
  • Handle inquiries from technicians and customers via phone and email.
  • Ensure work orders are finalized and marked as billable on customer portals.
  • Prepare service repair quotations for customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer reports and manage workflow efficiently.
  • Proactively follow up with customers as requested.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-paced customer service setting is essential.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized self-starter with a proactive follow-up system.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and execute them with urgency.
  • Willingness to take direction and follow instructions.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A high school diploma is required; some college education is preferred.
