Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at ActOne Group. The successful candidate will provide daily support to the Human Resources Department, assist with payroll functions, and compile and maintain employee records.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Support: Provide daily support to the Human Resources Department, responding to internal and external inquiries and requests.
  • Payroll Functions: Assist with payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Employee Records: Compile and maintain paper and electronic employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • HRIS Data Entry: Enter payroll and personnel changes into the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Training and Development: Support HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars, and maintain training records.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Continuous Learning: Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in HRIS systems and have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
