Position: Rental Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the initiation and conclusion of rental agreements
  • Address customer inquiries regarding fees, vehicle conditions, navigation, and more
  • Advocate for insurance options, recommend vehicle upgrades, and offer prepaid fuel alternatives
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, making copies, and ensuring a clean workspace
  • Foster a cooperative environment by assisting fellow agents and/or other locations as needed
  • Prepare and maintain vehicles for rental, including cleaning, vacuuming, and refueling
  • Occasionally help in relocating rental vehicles between different sites

This list is not exhaustive. Employees may be assigned additional responsibilities as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Proven ability to communicate professionally and solve problems effectively
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment such as fax machines, calculators, and photocopiers
  • Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents
  • Successful completion of drug and background screenings
