Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying their lawn care needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their lawn care needs and preferences
  • Conduct site visits to assess lawn conditions and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Present and sell TruGreen's services to customers, highlighting the benefits and value of our programs
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
