Orthopaedic Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure excellence across multiple clinic sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing clinic policies, maintaining compliance with practice standards, and overseeing office functions to support efficient patient care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise staff across assigned clinic sites, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and oversee Performance Improvement programs to maintain high-quality patient care standards.
- Ensure adequate staffing, supplies, and equipment necessary for clinic operations.
- Maintain records, complete reports, and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
- Resolve work-related issues to enhance patient service quality, collaborating closely with physicians and management.
- Participate in meetings, committees, and professional development activities as required.
- Fill in as needed for clerical functions to support satellite operations effectively.
Additional Duties:
- Plan, organize, and direct personnel activities, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.
- Address employee concerns, implement disciplinary actions when necessary, and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a recognized and approved school, and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of health care and experience in physician office or clinic.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the practice.
- Initiative.
- Stress tolerance.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as health care regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Organization and planning skills, basic computer skills, customer relations and interpersonal skills, knowledge of physician office and clinic policies and procedures, ability to do most clerical functions at site.
