Store Operations Manager

About the Role:

As a Guest Service Supervisor at Global Partners LP, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. In the absence of the store manager and assistant manager, you will be responsible for supervising store operations and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience by delivering exceptional service and ensuring a clean and safe store environment.
  • Make daily bank deposits and review end-of-day reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coach and direct employees to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Order and receive merchandise, maintain inventory control, and implement company promotional initiatives.
  • Perform light equipment and yard maintenance, and report any maintenance issues or unusual occurrences to management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with associates and guests, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and flexibility to work weekend, holiday, and evening shifts.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
